Joining A Group

Participation in a Truth@Work Business/Executive Roundtable Group program is a very unique opportunity. Participation in a group is a privilege, and members are invited to participate in the program only after completing a thorough qualification process.
Truth@Work has developed a very specific 5 step process new members to join the program:

Step 1- Referral or Invitation
Prospective members are generally referred to Truth@Work either through current group members or through a direct invitation by Truth@Work staff or board members. If you would like to forward information about Truth@Work to someone click here.

Step 2– Truth@Work Private Briefing
Interested participants must be invited to attend a Truth@Work Private Briefing- a monthly 90-minute presentation, where a complete and detailed overview of the Business/Executive Roundtable Group program is offered by the local Truth@Work Chapter President. Attendance at this presentation does not guarantee qualification to participate in the program. Upon completion of the Private Briefing, attendees indicate whether or not they are interested in going to Step 3 (Qualification Interview).

If you are interested in attending a Private Briefing in your area click here.

Step 3– Qualification Interview
Qualification Interview- After attending the Private Briefing, if a roundtable prospects indicates interest in gathering additional information, the next step is to meet with the local Truth@Work Chapter President. This 30-45 minute qualification interview usually occurs within one week of the Truth@Work Private Briefing, and is designed to determine if the program is right for the perspective member, and if the prospective member qualifies for participation. If prospective member and the Truth@Work Chapter President agree it is a fit for the perspective member to join the program, the member is then scheduled to participate in a Truth@Work New Member Orientation program.

Step 4– New Member Orientation Program
  • Upon successfully completing the Qualification Interview, new members begin the New Member Orientation program, which occurs over the first 90 days of membership in a Truth@Work roundtable group. New members meet once each month for 60-90 minutes with their local Chapter President, where the new member is guided through the step-by-step orientation program. Completion of this step equips new members to seamlessly integrate into one of Truth@Work’s Business/Executive Roundtable Groups.
  • This program is completed during the first 90 days of membership in a Truth@Work Roundtable Group.
  • New members receive a New Member Orientation Kit, which includes a step-by-step training video, along with all the needed materials, binders, etc. to participate in the roundtable program.
  • New members receive their One Page Business Plan® software program.
  • During the Orientation Training program, new members complete their initial draft of their One Page Business Plan®
  • In addition, new members receive:
    • a copy of “The Bema Seat of Christ” video
    • a copy of “How Good Is Good Enough?” book

Step 5– Attend Your First Meeting
As new members complete the 90 day orientation program, they are also attending their monthly roundtable group meetings as they build relationships with other group members and become acclimated to the program, materials, and format.

On average, new members usually attend their first monthly roundtable group meeting within 30- 45 days after attending the Private Briefing.
