Jim Lange serves as the Truth@Work Chapter President in the Toledo, Ohio area (NW Ohio and SE Michigan).

In addition to his leadership in Truth@Work, Jim is a leadership and sales consultant working with companies in Northwest Ohio.  Also, after completing his award-winning book, Bleedership, Biblical First-Aid for Leaders, Jim founded Bleedership, a ministry which helps business owners and doctors to consistently and effectively impact the spiritual health of their employees and patients (www.bleedership.com).

Jim also is a sought after speaker speaking on Christian leadership topics and on integrating faith and work.

He serves as Director of Worklife Ministry at CrossRoads Community Church in Ottawa Lake, Michigan (www.excitingchurch.com).

Jim’s background includes roles in computer programming, sales and leadership capacities in the Toledo area for close to 25 years.

Jim is a graduate of The University of Toledo where he graduated with a BBA in computer systems.  While at UT, he was a 4 year member of the varsity basketball team.

Jim has been married to Connie since 1985 and they have three children: Kristin (20), Molly (18) and Robbie (12) and they reside in Lambertville, Michigan, just outside Toledo.
