Chuck Proudfit began his relationship with Truth@Work in the summer of 2006, and with his team has already built multiple roundtable groups and hosted several events. 

In addition to serving as a Truth@Work chapter president for Greater Cincinnati, Chuck is Founder of the workplace ministry, At Work on Purpose (www.atworkonpurpose.org); and a business building practice called SKILLSOURCE (www.skillsource.com). 

Chuck developed his general management skills at The Procter & Gamble Company, The Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery, and LensCrafters Corporation.  He is a Harvard University graduate, where he pioneered the school’s organizational development curriculum.  He holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do under U.S. Olympic Coach and Grand Master Hong Kong Kim.

Chuck Proudfit and his wife Jeryl are proud parents of two children adopted from South Korea – a son named Aidan and a daughter named Maya – along with their pets:  an Irish Terrier named Thatcher; a Lhasa Apso named Lady Penelope; and a Beta Fish named Jack.
