Perry Hines is a retired marketing executive and now serves as President of Indianapolis-based Truth@Work, a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization which equips business leaders/CEO’s/Presidents for marketplace ministry.  Founded in 1998, Truth@Work provides products & services for personal, business and spiritual growth.  Truth@Work has members in five U.S. cities:  Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Pensacola, Mobile and Cincinnati.

Prior to joining Truth@Work, Perry served in senior-level marketing capacities with several Fortune 100 companies including General Mills, Lincoln National & Swiss Re.  Most recently, he was Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer of Irwin Mortgage Corporation.  Perry is also President and majority owner of Opportunity Management, LLC, a private firm providing real estate and strategic marketing advice for small-medium sized companies since 2003. 

Perry serves as a board member of numerous local and national organizations including the Indianapolis Urban League (Chairman of the board), the Madame C.J. Walker Theater, the Indiana Humanities Council (appointed by Governor Mitch Daniels), the University of Minnesota National Alumni Board and the Indianapolis Zoo.

Perry has an MBA with a Marketing concentration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a B.A. from Western Kentucky University in journalism.  Perry and his wife Lisa, a former General Mills executive and now a stay-at-home mom who holds an MBA from Indiana University, have been married for 21 years and have two sons, Harrison (age 17) and Bradford (age 14).  They reside in the Indianapolis suburb of Carmel, Indiana.
