Bob Haddad Jr. brings his extensive business experience and a true servant’s heart to the Truth@Work team by contributing in many different areas.  Bob has emerged as a key administrative, marketing, and program development contributor.  Bob focuses on developing new corporate, organizational, and individual relationships for the organization, and in growing and serving our membership locally and nationally.

Bob clearly understands how to develop the infrastructure of an organization.  From 1987 through 2002, he served and led in his family owned corrugated packaging business, and helped the company grow to over $60 million in sales and 300 employees.

As a leader in the family business, Bob demonstrated his various skills and expertise as a packaging designer, sales representative, director of transportation and logistics, design & marketing officer, manufacturing director, quality assurance manager, chief information technology officer, and as project manager for the company’s Y2K implementation strategy.

Bob was instrumental in installing a corporate chaplain to serve the employees of his family business, and was a member of Truth@Work’s charter roundtable group from 2000-2003.

Bob serves on the Board of Directors for Columbus Container, Inc., Wood-Mizer, and the Bob & Helen Family Foundation.  He is an active advisor for the South Central Indiana Pregnancy Care Center. He has experience serving his local church by working to develop a church plant and growth strategy, and has also served in the Jr. and Sr. High ministries.

In 1983, he graduated from Purdue University. And today, Bob is a very active and devoted single dad to his two sons, Radley (17) and Griffin (15).  Bob enjoys golf, cycling, fitness, landscaping, and digital photography and film.

Truth@Work is blessed to have Bob join the team.  He is dedicated and passionate about seeing Jesus Christ lifted up in the marketplace.
