We fulfill our mission through several specific initiatives:

• Truth@Work Business/Executive Roundtable Groups – Monthly meetings of ten to twelve Christian business owners, Presidents, CEO's, and Executive Directors, who are committed to helping one another build their organizations profitably and as a real platform for Christian ministry.
• Truth@Work Academy – A powerful one day training program designed to help Christians learn how to minister in and through their work as well as launch and lead marketplace ministry in their local church and/or community.
• Truth@Work "Purpose To Your Work" Church Seminar - 1/2 day event designed to help churches equip their congregation to better understand the biblical view of work and to impact the marketplace for Christ.
• Truth@Work Christian Marketplace Leader Coaching Program - A six session program featuring five hours of audio teaching and coaching helping christians integrate their faith in and through their work. Complete program includes audio CD's coaching journal and binder.
• Truth@Work Special Events – Customized, innovative, and powerful half-day business/leadership seminars that help executives enhance performance and influence their organizations. These high-powered events focus on issues surrounding organizational development and integration of Christian faith in the marketplace.
• Truth@Work Seminars – Special sessions exclusively for Truth@Work Group members and friends of the ministry. Topics include, but are not limited to, creating marketing plans, understanding financial statements, managing the growth of a business, human resources policies and procedures, the effect of diet and nutrition on your health and professional performance, and developing effective ministry in your business.
