In order to accomplish our organizational mission and objectives, Truth@Work will operate on the following Core Values:

Christ-Centeredness - By developing and/or utilizing products, programs, services, and strategies that are Christ-centered and bring our Lord to the marketplace.

Biblical Consistency - By communicating concepts, principles, and applications based on God's Word, emphasizing the importance and relevance of faith-based leadership in today's business culture.

Obedience - By striving to honor our Lord in all that we do.

Stewardship - By emphasizing that our financial and human resources are gifts from God, and that they do not belong to us. Such resources are given by those who are compelled by our cause, and God will hold us accountable for our stewardship over them.

Excellence - By offering exceptional products, programs, and services, and by marketing and implementing them through highly trained associates utilizing effective and efficient strategies and practices.

Humility - By modeling the humility and servant-leadership style of Christ in the way we work with others.

Courage - By boldly bringing God’s Word to the marketplace, we will strive to make the Word of God real and relevant to the way people conduct their personal and professional lives.
